Mr. Nelson serves as president of the firm and concentrates his practice in the area of real property.  Mr. Nelson also handles litigation related to real property matters, as well as foreclosures of client financing secured by real estate.  In this regard, Mr. Nelson represents property owners, developers, contractors, lenders, and mortgage and title companies.

Mr. Nelson has served as the Chairman of the Utah State Bar’s Real Property Section.

Mr. Nelson was honored in 2006 by his colleagues as the Utah Distinguished Real Estate Practitioner of the Year.

Mr. Nelson is AV Peer Review Rated  by his peers in the legal community.
